Our mission with the WaterWise program is to identify and apply cost-effective techniques for maintaining and beautifying your landscape in a water-conscious and environmentally-friendly manner.

Water costs are going up, and the trend is set to continue. According to the Kansas City Star on December 11, 2009, water rates should increase 10% annually over the next 5 years. An inefficient irrigation system will not only needlessly increase your water bills, it will also overwater the property, harm plants and damage hardscape, all leading to costly repairs. National estimates show that approximately 50% of water used for irrigation is wasted by the average irrigation system due to scheduled overwatering and inefficient performance.
