Andrew Miller
President
Andy Miller is a Landscape Industry Certified Manager, and an ISA Certified Arborist. He received his vocational certificate in Landscaping when he was 18 and went on to work for a year in a landscape installation and construction company in Germany.
Andy began working with Embassy Landscape Group in 2007. Andy has worked for several of the country’s largest private estates in the US (owners of Fortune-100 corporations.) There he managed landscape installation projects, and developed technical horticultural maintenance programs for turf, trees and gardens. Andy oversaw the installation and establishment of hundreds of large-caliper trees in different climates in the US and developed specific professional techniques and systems based on these projects. Andy’s specialty is horticultural diagnostics and creating operations systems that maximize the time and efforts of the company, thereby ensuring top value to the customer.

Daniel Nelson, CLP
Vice-President / Division Manager
Throughout his 30-year career in the Green industry, Daniel has been focused on implementing green solutions through the use of native plant materials and improving water quality. As a certified Rain Garden Professional, he is an expert in the design and installation of rain gardens. Daniel’s designs have won recognition from the Kansas Association of Nurserymen and he was awarded the Environmental Improvement Grand Award from the Associated Landscape Contractors of America. He currently serves as Manager for the Landscape Design/Build division at Embassy. Dan enjoys restoring his 1935 Craftsman lake cottage he is finally able to call Two Spruce Lodge.

Jenn Shorrock, CLP
New Business Development
A St. Louis native, Jenn relocated to the Kansas City area over ten years ago from Washington, D.C. With a background including account management for a landscape company in Washington, D.C. and property management in the apartment industry in the Kansas City area, Jenn’s knowledge encompasses many aspects of the landscape business. She is the New Business Coordinator for Embassy Landscape Group. Jenn enjoys running, watching sports and cooking shows, reading, and spending time with her daughter.

Chris Silvers
Account Manager
Chris Silvers has a background in Natural Resources and has worked in the green industry since 1986. He has worked as a crew leader for a mowing team and park manager. Chris is an account manager and new sales team member for Embassy Landscape Group. Chris manages a book of business that is larger than 90% of account managers across the country, including Harrah’s Casino in Kansas City. As an avid hunter and skier, Chris regularly makes trips to Winter Park, Keystone, and Copper Mountain, just to name a few.

Jeffrey Gilsinn, CLP
Account Manager
Jeffrey Gilsinn is a Certified Landscape Professional and Account Manager at Embassy Landscape Group who also has strong skills in project management and sales. He has nine years of experience in the Kansas City landscape industry and is involved with most of Embassy’s maintenance projects. Examples of key projects include the Shoppes at North Village, Shops at Boardwalk and The National Golf Club of Kansas City, among many others. Jeff was a college all-star in his rugby division at Truman State University. He also enjoys travel, cooking, and exercise. Jeff has a wife Angie and two beautiful daughters, Sophie and Graces, that he adores.

Marc Donaleski, CLT-E
New Business Development / Project Estimator
Marc has a solid background in both construction and the military. Marc Donaleski is a Certified Landscape Technician and an ICPI Level 1 Certified Paver Installer. Since joining Embassy in 2004, Marc has worked to build strong client relationships, ensuring dependability and a fast response time. At Embassy, Marc assists with client needs throughout the estimating process to guarantee satisfaction and also has experience with project management. In Marc's own words when asked about his interests, he said he has "a pug, a son, and a woman." Not necessarily in order of importance.

Victor Samson, CID, CLIA
Irrigation Manager
Victor is a Certified Irrigation Designer and Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor and has been in the irrigation industry for over 35 years. He has installed systems for approximately 2,000 residential and over 150 commercial landscapes, and managed 10 Maxicom Central control systems. His expertise includes the design and installation of both large and small irrigation systems, and service and troubleshooting or all types of irrigation problems. Victor is an authority in water management and scheduling of irrigation systems. He currently serves as Manager for Embassy’s Irrigation Division. Victor enjoys refinishing small furniture and going to the lake with his family. He also has a pretty sweet ride...a 1949 8-N Ford tractor.

Dana Bruegging
Director of First Impressions
Since 2004, Dana has worn the moniker of First Impressions with honor. With that she serves as the lead generator for the commercial sales division and is the first point of contact for Embassy clients. Dana also enjoys her role as event coordinator for all client appreciation events. Dana's love for the arts and her support and encouragement of local artisans drew her to volunteering and membership with groups such as ArtsKC the Business Council for the Arts. Since childhood, creating art has been her passion and gave her the ability to see the beauty all around us. But she sees her positive attitude and energy as her greatest gift. We agree.

Rita Goodman
Field Supervisor
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for artful landscaping, Rita Goodman has a unique blend of leadership expertise that enables her to successfully maintain landscape projects. She brings management and communication skills to Embassy with her ability to analyze problems and achieve beneficial resolutions for our clients. Rita is a highly qualified Field Supervisor at Embassy Landscape Group, Inc. who maintains positive client relations and creates successful partnerships by continually exceeding expectations. Rita really enjoys spending time with her family. That is a good thing, because as one of nine children she has a lot of relatives in the Kansas City area! With two awesome sons (one a Kansas City firefighter and one a Marine), two fantastic daughters-in-law, and one granddaughter who is the pure joy of her life, we're thinking Rita has it pretty good.

Julie Jordyn, CISR
Safety and Insurance Manager
In the Production Department at Embassy, Julie implements programs to ensure the safety of our workers and our company. With over 21 years of experience in insurance and safety, Julie works specifically with DOT and worker's compensation regulations. Julie also enjoys spending time with her family, is an avid runner and biker, and is also a personal trainer.
