Since 1993, The Kessler Society has sponsored the annual Kansas City Beautiful “George” Awards. The awards  encourage Kansas City property owners to aesthetically enhance their properties for the betterment of the community. Awards can be given to single family residences, multi-family homes, apartments, businesses, institutions or churches.

National Headquarters of the Golf Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA)

The Environmental Improvement Awards Program from the Associated Landscape Contractors of America reflects a commitment to creating and preserving the beauty of our landscape. The program is designed to reward independent landscape and lawn care professionals who execute superior projects. According to an article discussing the National Headquarters of the GCSAA project in the August 2003 issue of Landscape Contractor News, Embassy “did more than step up to the tee. [They] came through with an award-winning design that added curb appeal to the three-acre site and gave the Association’s headquarters in Lawrence, Kansas a more professional image.”
